What Are You Searching For In Life?

"It is an old and ironic habit of human beings to
run faster when we have lost our way
."  - Rollo May

Who Rules Your Life?

Sunday Mornings @ 9:45 am
Starting May 10

Ancient kings ruled from their thrones. We don’t have many thrones today but everyone has a stool. Who sits on your stool? Who’s in charge of your domain? Who rules your life? Searchers Class will focus on these questions through the storytelling style of Jesus. As a master storyteller, all of Jesus’ stories were delivered with a twist. He intended to disturb the assumptions of His world. He challenged the goals and values of the people who gathered to hear Him. And His stories have remained relevant for every generation, from His day to ours.

If you have a friend who has been on the edge of faith looking in, invite them to join you for a few weeks in Searchers Class as Jesus asks the question, “Who Rules Your Life?”

Stories from Jesus to inspire, challenge, and guide
Growth: Searching for a plan
Investment: Avoiding success that fails
Grace: Looking for fairness
Compassion: Going the distance
Waste: Looking for a purpose
Mission: Looking for people to trust
Life: Looking for relationships

Perhaps you are searching ... running to find inner satisfaction. You've tried to live by life's cliches -- keep your nose to the grindstone -- tie a knot and hang on -- keep on keeping on.Perhaps you are searching ... running to find inner satisfaction.  You've tried to live by life's clichés -- keep your nose to the grindstone -- tie a knot and hang on -- keep on keeping on."  But still, you are confused and searching, attempting to fill the void in your life with everything except the "real" thing.  And so ... you keep on running.

The Searchers Class provides a non-threatening, non-judgmental environment.  It is a safe place to ask questions and find answers.  We talk about Jesus, God, faith, doubt, and other real life issues.

Join us for a cup of coffee, a warm environment, and a place to search.  Everyone is welcome!

All you need is a pen, paper, and an open ear. No offerings are collected.
